Super easy. Super tasty. Super festive. The obvious baking choice for my recent road trip adventure to run a half marathon in Savannah.
I’ve made these sugar cookie bars twice now, and though perhaps a bit on the plain side, the gooey-ness of the center cut squares is what made me come back again.
I could also call these Muffin Top Bars since they pretty much taste like the best part of a blueberry muffin with crumble topping.
So, this won’t shock anyone who knows me, but I’m not actually that big on fruit. That being said, this week’s adventures in strawberry disposal are starting to win me over. And this strawberry blondie pie was the first major step in that direction.
