Impeccable French Silk Chocolate Pie
My favorite pie of all time – in spite of how tedious it is to make. This French silk chocolate pie is 100% worth the nuisance, but it involves a lot of time holding a hand mixer.

This lovely and airy dark chocolate mousse comes together pretty quickly and easily. It’s also made entirely with pantry items (i.e. no eggs or cream), so it’s easy to make it vegan if you feel so inclined.
This flourless double chocolate torte is pretty dang simple (basically butter, sugar, chocolate, and eggs) if you have the right equipment and some patience. Bonus: it’s also gluten-free!
More like a brownie bite than a cookie, per se, these chewy chocolate brownie crinkle cookies are a nice alternative to a tray of actual brownies since they come in bite-size servings.
Mini tarts are kind of automatically classy, and a simple arrangement of candied hazelnuts on top of luscious Nutella ganache filling make these a relatively easy show-stopper dessert.
This is absolutely my go-to brownie recipe. These are chewy, rich, and most importantly very quick to come together. No melting butter or chocolate.
